Before you get started
Performance Training FAQs
Who is performance training for?
We work with youth and middle school athletes, high school, college and professional athletes, and recreational players. Golf, tennis, pickleball and other sport goals are welcome. Your plan reflects your age, abilities and experience.
What does "See If You Qualify" mean?
Start with an assessment so we can discuss whether our approach matches your goals and needs. It is a two-way fit conversation, not a requirement to already be an elite athlete.
What happens during the assessment?
We discuss your sport, training history, schedule and goals. Movement, strength and force testing help identify priorities and guide the next step.
Why do you retest strength and force?
Initial testing establishes a starting point. Follow-up testing helps measure changes, review progress and guide adjustments to your training.
Can I train during my season?
Your sport schedule and current workload are part of the planning conversation. We discuss how training can fit alongside practices, games and recovery.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear a comfortable T-shirt, athletic shorts or pants, and sneakers. Bring water and be ready to discuss your sport, goals and training schedule.
How do I book?
