Website and lead forms are not for medical information. Health information shared during your care is protected under HIPAA and covered by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at your first visit.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our scheduling, email, and texting systems on our behalf, or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text Messaging (SMS)

We send texts only to people who opt in by checking an SMS consent box on our sign-up form. Our forms offer two separate, optional choices:

• Appointment and account texts: confirmations, reminders, scheduling, and class updates
• Marketing texts: promotions, offers, and event announcements

Email

If you opt in, we may send newsletters, class and event announcements, wellness tips, and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop appointment-related email.

Data Security and Retention

We store your information in secure systems that only Pathfinder staff and our service providers can access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or change your communication preferences, at any time.
