These terms apply to the website and SMS messaging program of Pathfinder Performance and PT LLC, doing business as Pathfinder Performance & PT (“Pathfinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review them before using our website or joining our text messaging program.
Website Information
Our website provides information about physical therapy, personal training, performance training, and group fitness. Website content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an individualized diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical advice. Using the website or chat widget does not by itself establish a provider-patient relationship.
For a medical emergency, call 911. Our website, chat widget, email, and text messaging program are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously.
Appointments and Services
Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Separate intake documents, financial policies, cancellation policies, service agreements, and clinical consents apply to services you receive. Those documents are provided separately; these website terms do not replace them.
Pathfinder SMS Messaging Program
Our text messaging program supports appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, responses to inquiries, and customer service. People who separately opt in to marketing texts may also receive special offers, promotions, class announcements, event information, and service updates.
Consent
We send messages according to the consent you provide. Providing a telephone number alone does not authorize promotional texts. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving care or services. You may choose whether to receive marketing messages separately from appointment and customer-service messages.
By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to provide consent for the mobile number you submit. Please notify us if that number changes or is no longer yours.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies based on appointments, inquiries, and the messaging categories you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from Pathfinder. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe from our SMS program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent through that program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the original opt-in method or contact us for assistance. Please use telephone or email for any ongoing scheduling needs after opting out.

Message Delivery
Text delivery depends on your mobile carrier, network availability, and other factors. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact our office directly when an appointment matter requires prompt attention.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and messaging program. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
